Participating carriers in the U.S. include AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. Not all carriers support our SMS/MMS services. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

In connection with this SMS service, we may collect your mobile phone number, your wireless carrier, the content, date, and time of your messages, and other information you voluntarily provide. This data is used to deliver services and communications that you’ve opted into.
Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our SMS service at any time, with or without notice. By subscribing or using the service, you acknowledge and accept this right.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Food Factory from any claims or liabilities arising from:
Providing a phone number that you do not own.
Failing to notify us of a phone number change.
Claims under the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act or any similar state laws.
This includes any costs, losses, or legal fees resulting from such claims.
Participation Requirements
To participate, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You own a mobile device capable of two-way messaging.
Your mobile plan includes text messaging.
You are a customer of a participating U.S. wireless carrier.
Device compatibility and SMS availability may vary depending on your carrier.
Miscellaneous
You represent that you have the legal authority to agree to these terms and that doing so does not conflict with any other obligations. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest shall remain in full effect.
